Pheochromocyoma Associated with Mucinous Adeno carcinoma of the Stomach-Anesthetic Experience with A Case


Abstract
This is an anesthetic experience of the pheochromocytoma in Adrenal region and stomach cancer in a 53-year-old housewife under general anesthesia.
Pentothal sodium was used for induction and suceinylcholine administered. intravenously, then, endotracbeal intubation was perforformed.
Anesthesia was maintained with nitrous oxide, oxygen, fluothane applying semiclosed carbon-dioxide absorption circle system. Hypertension was controlled with prompt infusion of Regitine and hypotension with levophed, whole blood or fluid during anesthesic. The patient tolerated anesthesia and surgery well.
